Why would you be prone to insects, dust, and any manner of objects in the air hitting you the face, getting in your eyes or mouth, Mind you there is one reason I can justify why you wouldn't wear a helmet and that's because you are so ugly that you need a facelift which is something that you might get once your skull hits dirt or a brick wall (ground or vehicle) Of course you could be just plain stupid and if by not wearing a helmet, you get killed at least you won't be able to breed and create more stupid people and hence be doing a service for mankind. I know I'm being funny but it's something to think about. In Australia we don't have a choice, but then sometimes that can be good and other times bad. Why would you not wear a helmet.
